Shipping

Production time for made to order items is 2 - 3 weeks.
Order shipping takes place every Friday. If your order is urgent please contact orders@samaralouwillis.com 

Stocked items are shipped within a week from date of payment.

When ordering a combination of made to order and stocked items please note that they will be sent together when the made to order is ready for dispatch. If you would like the items to be sent seperately please contact orders@samaralouwillis.com

United Kingdom £7 - next day via DHL
Rest of the World £30 - tracked via DHL



Taxes and duties

The Prices of Products are expressed in GBP, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties. For orders outside of the UK: All applicable duties shall be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, it is not possible to estimate how much you will pay in duties but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. 

Samara Lou Willis cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.


Returns and exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Readymade purchase, that’s ok. 
You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back for a refund or credit.

Stylists - please do NOT purchase to return. Contact us for loans via email.

No cancellation and exchange on customised made-to-order items if the product has already gone into production.

We are unable to offer return or exchanges on made to order or bespoke items. 

Please feel free to ask any questions prior to ordering to avoid confusion about your item, we offer personal assistance to all customers.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and we will notify you on the status of your refund.

Please note that a deduction can be made to the refund sum if the goods returned have evidence of use beyond handling. 

If the return is approved, SLW shall reimburse the sums paid to the details corresponding to the initial purchase.
